| We lived here in one of these two homes (the one on the left) for the first 10 months when we moved to Chile and were waiting for our home to be built. We were quite comfortable here. Each of the two units consist of approximately 1,200 sq.ft. of living space and they include:
2 bedrooms plus loft area, two full baths, one ensuite. A kitchen, laundry room and living/dining area. Both homes are fully-furnished, have wood burning stoves and beautiful views. The parcel is almost 1.25 acres and is in one of the nicest developments in the entire area, if not all of the Lakes District. This is a private gated community with 24-hour security, a private water supply fed by a nearby spring that is treated with chlorine. Currently equipped with gas, electric, telephone, cable TV and internet. All utilities are underground throughout this development! The neighbors, while mostly Chilean are a mixture of year-around and vacation residents comprised of Chileans, Americans, French and British.
